I try to be a person that loves to exercise but most days I fall short. A few years ago I trained and actually ran a 5k. It felt great but after the race I just stopped running. I actually had a personal trainer that I loved but I never lost weight. The sessions turned into a gab session for my trainer and me. However, I did tone up! I know the importance of exercise and I have seen the benefits but I always seem to revert back to doing nothing in the mornings or evenings. Motivation is what I lack and the area where I need support. What I will post on this page is my work out goals and what I am doing to accomplish these goals.
